Graduated in Social Communication - Advertising and Propaganda (PUCRS), he has a Master's degree fromInstitut d'Administration des Entreprises from the École Universitaire de Management at the Université de Poitiers - France, he has a Professional Masters in Management and Business from Unisinos, and an International Masters in Business Management (OHIO University). He also completed a Master's degree in Business Administration (UCS/UFRGS), and has several MBAs, including Retail Marketing and E-Commerce (FGV), Ethics and Sustainability (ESG) (FGV), Family Succession, Artificial Intelligence for Public Management, Business Presentation Strategies, in addition to a Postgraduate Degree in Administration and Marketing (PUCRS).
For 19 years he was a senior commercial, marketing and purchasing executive for large national corporations and implemented businesses in seven countries, twice as CEO.
His professional career has been supported by renowned and internationally active companies, and he currently heads Schulz Business Advisory. He is also director and advisor to ABCO - Brazilian Association of Consultants and business advisor to AHK - Brazil Germany Chamber of Commerce and Services. In addition, he has been a visiting and guest professor at important universities since 2004, in Brazil and China.
