SCHULZ may collect information actively entered by the Data Subject at the time of contact or registration, as well as information collected automatically when using the Services and the network, such as, for example, identification of the commercial establishment used, IP with date and time of connection, cookies and others.

 

Thus, two types of personal data are processed: (a) those provided by the Data Subject and (b) those collected automatically.

Personal data provided by the Data Controller: SCHULZ collects all personal data actively entered or forwarded by the Data Controller when contacting or accessing the SCHULZ website, such as full name, e-mail address, preferences, date of birth, city and state, when filling in forms by the Data Controller, with the addition of other personal data actively provided by the Data Controller when contacting SCHULZ.
